WTB: Welder & Welding Equipment
Anyone know of a place where I could go to get something welded for cheap? Well, for free would be even better.
Maybe one of you guys have some welding equipment lying around and knows how to use it.
I've welded things in the past, but that was a very long time ago. I could use a primer, preferably in person.
Anyway, when I get the brackets for my 2001 LX sway bar conversion I'll need to weld them onto the rear lower control arms.

grey i told you that at my work we have a metal shop. so we have welders, depends on the size of the thing you need welded i could bring it in and have one of the welders do it up for me, when do you need it.. and what is it.. i dont think my boss would have a problem with it, ill just do it after hours..

I need to weld custom brackets onto my rear lower control arms so that I can install a sway bar. I will make the brackets, but I need to actually bring my car in and weld it onto the car. I don't think I can take apart the rear suspension... Do you have portable welding equipment by any chance? If not, then would bringing in my car be an option? BTW, thank you much!
yeah we have portable equiptment but nothing that can leave the shop. and i dont think you could bring your car in because just incase anything happens.. sorry i thought you were talking about something that could be transported no idea i was the whole car. lol

Didn't I already explain this to you? Wait, maybe it was someone else? Anyway, ttt means to the top. You put it on a thread when you want that thread to go to the top of the forum. It's used in Marketplace a lot.
