Racing in Boston area?
Hey I'm in Boston for school, and compared to my hometown in Cali, it's really hard to find a good race, either street, autocross, or road racing, around here. Since I'm pretty new to the scene on the East Coast, does anyone know of any good places to race or any tracks where there are free runs all day (for a fee)?
Have you guys considered a meet at the New England Dragway? I'd be interested in watching but I don't dare bring my stock Civic onto the track. Out of curiousity, do bone stock cars race there at all?

Ooh! Hell yeah! I would love to run some 1/4 mile times. I see these street race things they have that cost $17. I don't know what those are though. Anyone know how much it costs to get in several runs?

To answer your question: YES, bone stock cars race there.. 1 in particular belongs to myself.. I took mine up there last summer to see what kind of numbers I'd get...
It was my first time; hence, numbers were crappy... R/T = .67 1/4 = 16.9 @ 70+mph
Also had a full tank..
I'll definitely be up there this summer again with some light mods...

At NE Dragway, its $10 to watch, and I think $15 to run, and you get as many runs as you can get in..
A friend of mine w/ NOS on his Civic Si, ran 4 times one night....
