My Paint Scheme

I had this idea while sitting at work that I'de like to try with my car. I have other things on my "to do" list that are first, but I think I'll add this one. I will paint my car flat black, BUT... I will leave the stock paint as a graphic that I will mask off as some sort of design. I'm still deciding on the design, but I want it to be something that makes the car look leaner and longer from the side. It will be on the side too, maybe a little higher (possibly intersecting the gas cap door).

Anyway, I just wanted to get some input as to what you guys think. I might outline the edges of the masking with some of that tape, or I may cover up the edge and paint it yet again with some other paint. Possibly shiny black. We'll see though... What do you guys think? Good idea? Would look cool? I'm thinkin' TYC projectors (the black ones) too...

What do you mean by seal it? Like with a clearcoat? I guess I could do that. Have a non-glossy clearcoat, or maybe just sand it down to be non-glossy after it's applied. We'll see about the details later, how about the concept though?
