I completed the foglight mod!

As some of you may know, while most probably don't, the fog lights on my car only would ONLY come on with the headlights fully on, and would automatically shut off if the high beams were on. In the Nissan community there is a complicated mod to get them to turn on with parking lights only. As Grey can tell you, it is a total PITA to try to do this. After weeks of trying, I finally did it today. Here are the pics:

Yeah it was exactly what I had thought- the tought part was getting underneath that relay box. The problem was the wire spool running into it let up almost no slack, thus hindering my attempts to get to the wire. Then the big "leap of faith" was cutting it in half. Had it been the wrong wire, I would have never had fog lights again. There would be no way to get under there to reconnect them. Fortunetly it was right, and I tapped the parking light wire with the taps I had. I used 16 gauge speaker wire to run the connection. It's only an accessory wire so no real power is passing through it.
