Raise or not?

I know some people are swapping out there aftermarket suspension and going back to stock hieght(I'm not gonna do, cuz it's a pain in the ***)..... or just
raising it some inches up....
I'm thinking of just leaving my car lowered and just get some snow tires...

I'm lazy.
I mean I dont drive much during the winter anyways....

what do you guys think?

Yeah, raise it up an inch or two and get some snow tires. It sucks when you want to go out somewhere and you "can't" 'cause your car can't. I remember a couple of storms last year when I was going so damned slow because of the lack of snow tires. This year I've got snow tires and I can rest easy...

oh yeah btw.. those pesky rear dust covers get super loud and rub up against the strut the higher you go. so now the threads on the strut body are shredding mine. i suggest cutting those if you have the time... i'm just gonna let mine wear away and deal with them in the spring.

hmm...not a bad idea with the grease. i cant raise my car cause i just have springs and not coilovers, but im thinking im gonna do the winter tires this year. last year i couldnt get out of my street cause it was snow covered so bad. and i think i want to avoid the salt this year w/ the rims.

so might as well grease up the suspention while im at it. lol

I bought it at a Abuchon (sp?) hardware store. it was like $3. you could also get black lithium grease. i just prefer the white cuz it looks nicer . but I'm sure Home Depot would have it to.

Try local hardware stores and gas stations. My local hardware store (Spag's) has it.
