so I'm at work the other day and I sell this guy a canoe (EMS) and I help him take it out to his car, commenting how he's gonna ruin his car by putting this canoe on top, he knows but tells it's for his kids. We start talking cause I notice he's got the AMG wheels on his Benz sedan early 90's body, nothing special, with a Thule rack now on it. Big maroon benz. With more talking he pops the hood and behold, a porsche engine in the thing, all modified. He's an instructor at Limerock and this thing hauls some serious ***. He said the dyno results were just under 500hp to the wheels. Wow, he says it's funny when he blows by a vette on the streets. He's run it comfortably at 135mph. Hows that for a sleeper? He's sunk over $100k into the thing, but it's his baby. The guys name is Mike C. early 40's or so and lives in Avon, Ct. This guy made my day. I wish I had a camera on me, so sorry no pics.

This guy we run with on Friday nights has an old Pulsar with the JDM DOHC turbo/intercoller in it. The body is awful and the wheels are factory. This car runs mad boost and eats everything...lol...Gotta love the sleepers!

there's a guy in manchester, ct who has a crappy little geo but the intercooler is huge. It will smoke just about anything around there. There's also a red chevy ss pickup lowered with a custom built stroker engine with a 150 shot of nos that runs without noitrous 9's. I've been talking with the VW guys and they said not to mess with either of these 2.

I would love to get one of those Renault Cleo Sports and cruise around the streets here with it. Man, so many people have never heard of that car. Tiny little car with a 24V 6 Cyl in it and AWD to boot...he he he!
