i'll prolly go to the june 1st show(dunno rather i am out of school yet or not), but anyway, if we are going, is there any place to spend the night so i don't have to drive home and then drive back to orlando again the next day?
I can accomodate up to 4 in my house, may be more.
I don't think that a place to stay is a problem, if we get to be too big of a group (we hope) we'll spread out to the other local 7thgencivic members house. I'm sure they will be whiling to help. they are a great bunch of guys & girls.
But remember we need to deside the dates for
all 7th gen civic meet, so read back a page or two of this thread and read the dates and vote.
For any other meet/shows go to the respective posted therads to avoid any confusions.

Well, June 29th is also the date of the NOPI Southeast Mini-Truckin' Nationals in Gatlinburg, TN. I've been planning on going there and coming to florida the next week, anyways...Nashville is a nice journey to Orlando. So my vote is for the 1st weekend in July. July 4th/6th

i don't really care during the summer, whatever is fine by me in the summer, but it would be better if it WASN'T on a weekend, whatever, i'll see how i like the first 2 meet first then i'll decide do i wanna go to the further meetings(too poor)

Esp if you wanna accomodate the out of state peeps, i dont think 4th of July weekend is a good choice. Any later and you are overlapping into the midwest meet. Just something to consider for the out of state people. I don't think too many people want to drive far on consecutive weekends.

Rep Power: 0 Well I wasn't gonna be the first to post it, but since you said it first Mex, I think it would be a great idea to have most of the funds go to 7thgencivic.com. I mean, without this site, none of these meets would be happening. Of course, a free meet would be great, but I'm sure people wouldn't mind forking over a few bucks to 7thgencivic.com. I know I'd be willing to pay at least 5 bucks to participate in the meet and if my car was tight, I'd pay a little more to enter it in the show. Especially if there were trolphies or prizes involved.
