But then again, most people are just looking to have a get together with a bunch of fellow 2k1 drivers and 7thgencivic.com members, so we shouldn't make this thing too complicated. Just a large meet with some food and music or something.
But that's just my $.02............since Supermex seems to be doing a good job, I'll go along with whatever you guys plan.

I will try to keep it simple, however to get every one on the same page is going to be a task.
If we are doing this we'll do it right.

June 22 is good for me.

I think that somewhere around Downtown Disney or Universal Studios, would rock, because of the area and surroundings plus there is a bunch of space in those huge parking lots, I'm sure you could contact either one to make arrangements, obviously though, it will cost money to rent out the parking lot, so at least a $5 donation will need to be made.

Also, we could have Sonny's do a barbeque catering on site, they have a trailer with a bunch of good food. This expense could also be taken care of with an admission fee.

We are trying to get enough peolpe to make a show out of it.
If that's the case the location will be somewere were the show organizers decide.
If we don't get enough participants then it will only be a meet.
and we can decide on other locations.
Universal and Disney will be hard to get legally.
They are such a big companies and car meets don't have very good reputation arround here thanks to some dum basses that like to burn rubber and make trouble.

We will find something close and safe!

Aw man I really want to make this meet. BUT I just talked to my older sister (who is pregnant and is due sometime around late June)... she has decided to get a Caesarian section birth instead of waiting for a natural birth. Something to do with the fact that the placenta isn't delivering enough blood so a natural birth would be really dangerous for her. Anyways the Caesarian section birth is scheduled the same weekend as the meet.

Bummed about missing the meet, but excited about becoming an uncle! My bday is the Thursday before that weekend, so looks like me and my nephew will be celebrating our bdays together from now on.

It will probably be some time arround the middle of May.
