Milwaukee Highway 100
for all you wisconsin people. Is highway 100 busy during a monday night cause its my buddies birthday next week and we want to take him to hooters and up to the strip.

On weekdays sometimes it's not busy with cops. I have gone up there on a tues. and saw one cop in the total of 2 hours i was up there.
