The mount inserts reduce engine movement, but the downside is, that it transmits engine vibration to the body of the car. making it a bit less comfortable and more noisy.

I've seen on honda-tech, I beleave, That some ppl just use liquid nails in between the spaces of the mounts. Kind of ghetto but it might work.

You can use 3M window adhesive, black in color and works pretty good.

I just ordered a set from Options Auto, They had them in stock and they shipped the same day. They should be here next Thursday. Here is the link, it came to like $30 shipped, hopefully these will help things like some of had said it helped eliminate wheel hop...

I'll post again when I have them installed....

Hey I was gunna put my inserts in last weekend, and when I decided to do it i got conufsed. Do you have to take the bolt out? Some of you mentioned it only took 5 minutes for the front, if that bolt comes out how do you get the insert in and how to hold up the engine???

support the engine wit a jack. take our the big bolt, then take off the smaller bolts that hold the mount and pull the mount out. slap in the inserts and reassemble. the fronts a snap. the rear just sux ***

slight improvement in my 60 ft. Having the ability to launch at a higher rpm with less hop helps alot. I am still learning tho.

Hey - what's the scoop on these? do they fit into the stock motor mount? Or do they press into it? I tore mine, and need replacements - do I need a new stock one before installing these or what?

If you tore your stock mount you will have to get a replacement, then install the inserts. IMO these would be a must for boosted cars. The front mount is so wimpy stock. These just slide in on either side of your stock mounts taking up the gaps, making them almost like solid mounts.
