HKS Turbo Update!

I asked HKS what is the deal with our turbo kits and they wrote me back.....here is there answer......HKS Turbo info!.......What do you guys think?

Sounds good but why a t25 inlet flange??? I guess its ok since we can only run 8psi max w/ stock internals anyways. T25s are also really good for boost under 10psi since they spool very quickly...

Well... Not this FAQ, but the fact that HKS will only be releasing a turbo manifold for now. That was posted quite some time ago. That sucks though, a T25 turbo flange? Not stainless steel? Why bother. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-nono.gif[/IMG] I'm going custom.

Yes it will, it doesn't matter if it's an automatic or a manual transmition. Although people have had some problems with increasing the horsepower that our D17's put out and the automatic transmitions breaking. They're a weak link. Then again, some people have killed their manual transmitions as well from some serious drag racing, and I'm not talking about the clutch and pressure plate and flywheel. Anyway... The answer is yes, although I'de be careful.

Further update on the HKS Turbo Kit for the 2001+ EX. Lucky bastards. I hope they do something soon after this comes out for the LX as well.
