My K&N FIPK heat shield also doesn't look like that. It doesn't even have a foam heatshield. Mine came with a metal heat shield. Did you get like an old model or something or did you modify it?

what do you all think, I need a new filter with my injen cold air, should I spend $50 and get the injen filter, get a apc one from walmart for $20 or get the ones from honda for 20. I just dont want to spend $50 for a filter. The ones from honda have the opening in the middle.
