iceman intake question

does the iceman CAI fit for in the ex sedan? cause according to the parts list on 2k1civic.... it says that its only for coupes... arent they interchangable?

I have yet to see a pic of an iceman on anyones 7th gen Civic besides the guy with the prototype and I can't find anyone who actually has any in stock. Also Icemans website, www.ice-man.com hasn't worked for months. I dunno whats up.

i know the guy with the prototype, i thought it was ugly, but maybe the plastic is more practical, i think my crome injen is more astetically pleasing

but does the metal transfer heat from the engine compartment?

and does aem have a good one too or is injen the best u can get?

I believe the IceMan company is still recovering from a warehouse fire that damaged their stock earlier this year.

The intake is great because instead of being one constant diameter, they usually go from a large diameter and gradually taper down to the diameter of the throttle body. I'm suprised they aren't more popular, but i guess AEM's higher peak HP numbers on civics have had people more interested than the "Area under the curve" gains seen with the iceman.
