Hey guys i have an 04 civic ex with a skunk2 catback exaust, aem v2 coldair intake, throttle body spacer.... What do you guys think i should get next...?

A more aggresive cam will allow for the valves to open up more. Check out Crower cams.

Coilovers check out, Progress, Tein, Ground Control, Buddy Club. Various distributors carry these products. Two that cater to the 7th gen are Dezod and Corsport.

I just ordered some tein lowering springs SKA22-AUB00 just waiting to install them. Will d cams pass smog?

you will need shocks too that can handle lowering springs.
