2004 Si Spark Plug Change

Which do you guys recommend? Car runs fantastic but is hesitating a bit from 2nd gear on. Clutch is fine and I'm getting great gas mileage. Just want the gears to not hesitate once I've shifted.

2.0 Si gets either

IZFR6K-11, NGK
or
SKJ20DR-M11, DENSO

BTW these are 100,000 mile plugs.

Denso iridium long life plugs are the OEM. You can also try to clean the air filter and throttle body and lubricate the cable, use some bg fuel system cleaner and sea foam it

Are both of those iridium?

Could worn out plugs cause hesitation directly after shifting?

Yes and yes,

but I kinda doubt worn plugs are the issue unless someone put cheaper plugs in it at some point.
Fouled plugs, sure.
Carbon tracked, maybe.
Coil issue, could be.
Not worn. Precious metal plugs don't wear appreciably the way standard plugs did. IMO

There are also other possibilities that can cause hesitation too.
