What else can I get to increase power a little bit. Not alot so dont say swap or turbo or NoS please.

I have CAI, TBS,Headers,Exhuast,Jdm Chip, Iridium Spark Plugs

Suspension and tires and brakes are upgraded already

The only thing left would be to upgrade your CAM. Stage 1 is cheapest route, stage 2 would give you more power but you would need new valve springs and ECU (Hondata k-pro). Civics don't respond we'll to bolt on's unless its an Si and even then the best way to get power is to change internals (like a CAM) or do swap, turbo, nitrous.

Would I need to swap to an ex head? Or is there a stage one cam for the lx?

I called and asked how much the CAM for my 01 was and it was the same as a crower CAM (maybe a little cheaper) but you had to send him your old CAM so I am pretty sure that they are re-grinded.
