Exhaust question

Im going to buy a k24 block with a k20a2 head for my ep3 In the next month but I want to buy my new skunk2 megapower exhaust. For the people that dont know the ep3 has the k20a3 engine in it. Now if I put the exhaust in before the new engine how would it work to make the exhaust work with the new engine

Question Re: Exhaust question

Okay I have a D17A6 engine which, from the research I've done, is the same as the EXmodles engine just a different ECU tune. My question is can you use the bolt on parts for an EX motor such as header, exhaust, turbo and the like for this engine? I already have an exhuast but I need a downtube and header and I was wondering why I couldn't in theory get a turbo for the EX and just bolt it up? How does that work I guess I am asking because I can find no bolt on parts for this engine but the EX D17A2 is supposedly the same thing. So help me out here with what's interchangeable and what's not. Thanks fellas.
