Injen cold air w/ AEM bypass 01 Civic

Hey guys, This is my first thread so go easy on me. I have a 2001 civic EX manual. Slowly adding mods, first one was an Injen cold air intake, but I live in New York and I'm scared to death of hydro lock so I want to add an AEM bypass valve, is this even possible? And what size do I get? AEM calls for a 2.5" but thats for an AEM cold air. Is there any size difference between Injen and AEM cold air intakes?

No major difference in intakes aside from looks and prices. Some are cooler imo like gearboxes, but they all add .00008 hp =P the bypass valve will not work unless the filter is completely submerged underwater.

Re: Injen cold air w/ AEM bypass 01 Civic

Thanks for the info, but can I use an AEM product with the Injen cold and do I get the same size bypass valve that it calls for on the AEM cold for the Injen cold?
