^ i would do one or the other, both is overkill IMO. Not to mention an incredibly rough idle quality.

As per the Ingalls website:
For sure dude, I believe we talked about this when we met up too. I'm not entirely sure, but I believe you'd be able to use this one, pure JDM bling:

A&J Racing :: Engine :: Integra & RSX (DC5) :: Spoon Engine Torque damper - Acura RSX DC5 02-04
Benefits
Greatly improved off-the-line acceleration
Reduced wheel hop
Improved vehicle stability
Reduced shock loads on driveline components
Smoother shifting
Reduced wear on exhaust system joints
Less vibration transmission to the driver compared to polyurethane motor mounts.
Less shock load, compared to torque straps and chains.
Drifting – helps reduce shock loads when wheels gain traction.
Reduces motor movement – decreases the chance of motor parts rubbing against
the hood and frame.

Looks like they got the spoon ones for DC5, ITR, B16's, and the EP3's. I wouldnt mind being the first one to take a Spoon dampener and fitting it in a D17 em2, 200 bucks is kinda steep- plus you'd probably need the mounting hardware for the Ingals in order to modify the spoon hardware to fit, might even be able to use the Ingals hardware with the spoon dampener

There are tons of articles on this thing just on the forum, just have to search people. It's about a 3 in terms of install difficulty, and in Toronto you can order one from BattleEndless for about $200CDN all in.

Yes, if you have an EX I'm not sure if it will fit bc the ABS box is in the way unlike the LX/DX. Plus if you have a strut bar it won't fit unless you have longer top mount bolts like a tein upper mount bc there won't be enough thread left on the bolt with a strut bar and stock top mount.

I have the damper and I liked how it felt, but it made the whole damn car shake, especially the steering wheel - so bad I had to remove it. I havent worked on putting it back on yet, maybe soon. Any ideas on how to remove the vibration?
Just add some bushings to the mounting bolts. They give you two with the hardware. I just added one to the top of the bolt and one where the nut is and my vibration is there but minimal.

Yes it works perfectly with a tein ss mount and a strut bar bc my buddy has an ES1 with tein ss and neuspeed strut bar and the bolts are long enough to fit both the strut bar and torque damper.
Yea only part that sucks is with the neuspeed bar and the stock strut housing i dont have enough thread on em, but if i get one i might see if ican make it fit...
or i wonder if it be possible just to replace that 1 bolt with a longer one..

Those things got ripped apart on the first run LOL. Maybe some o-rings from garden hose would work better.

He has the tein SS, but does he have the pillowball mounts? I'm in the process of ordering the SS's, so unfortunately I cant go eyeball it. I think they eat up a considerable amount of thread no?

A minimal vibration will be encountered, but not that severe. You can adjust the sensitivity of the damper, which if set more aggressive will cause lots of vibes. Otherwise, some dynamat will work fine.
