Need more power!
I have a 2004 civic coupe ex d17a2 m/t. I already have installed an i/h/e. What other power upgrades are available? I have considered pulleys and a new flywheel, but I am weary about how a lightweight flywheel would handle. I like the smooth shifting of the stock flywheel and do not wish to sacrifice too much fuel efficiency. Are there any aftermarket camshafts available for my model? How much do camshafts cost to install? Anyone know of a good chip? How much would these cost? Any info about any of this would be appreciated. Also, turbo is too expensive for me.

there are cams and all that, but they dont do anything really... people on this site have tried everything and nothing N/A gives much power at all
if you want to go faster you have to swap/turbo/N2O... those are your only options.
just work on your suspension, it makes it way more fun to drive

I got all the parts I need for my N/A setup so I'll get back to you on that very soon to see if it was worth it or not. Don't flame I'll learn the hard way if it was a waste. It should be better than stock either way i see it.
whats sad is most of the time it's not better than stock...not even the same, it's worse...

All the mods for NA are limited by the air intake system including the manifold and head. Dezod is working on a new manifold, but seriously, with NA mods you are looking at maybe gaining 15hp. Unless you bore out, port and polish, change the whole air system, and redo all the internals you aren't getting ****. Even with that amount of money put for NA you won't see more than 160hp.
