Ok, heres the story...I recently received my Tanabe Concept G exhaust and I was in the process of installing it yesterday. All of a sudden I noticed that the pipe with the cat on it was welded onto the midpipe of my car!!! I was struggling the entire time to get the two pipes seperated, thinking that it was just rust and that my bolts were just shut on tight, but it wasn't!!! I'm really pissed and I'm stuck with a welded pipe. I was told that I should have the pipe replaced with a performance Hi Flow Cat. Is that recommended? Any other suggestions??? Please help, I was so excited to get the Tanabe on, and now I'm stuck with a f***** up stock exhaust due to come shitty mechanics. Thats what happens when you get a used car :-(. Thanks everyone.
