Thermal R & D cat-back

Let me know what you guys think about this system. Thinking about trying it. Its very comparable to the WS2 from APEXi.

Dont know too much about the company. Ive heard of them, but not too much. Let me know if you guys have had experience with this particular system, or any Thermal R&D exhaust.

Dezod's offered me one 450 bucks shipped. What do you guys think?

thermal makes a great exhaust, but it will be louder than the apexi. i used to have the thermal rear section.

You were missing the giant resonator pictured so that may have lead to you being a bit louder.

I don't know about all that. The full stainless appeal and better construction alone leads me to believe the Thermal is a better system.

Full stainless versus Mild steel coated............

I think truly thats what sold me. It seems like a full stainless would resist rust over time better over just a coated system.

Ive also heard from others it IS a tad louder than the WS, but without the droning at highway speeds like you told me on the phone. I drive interstate 100 miles a day, so that would get annoying after a few days.

i like how Thermal R&D's is two piece, axle back and the whole midsection pipe. WSII is three piece, axle back, and two mid section. another thing is the WSII is the heavy muffler i have ever experianced and every pot hole or mid sized bump i go over, it hits the bumper. so give or take it's up to you. wsII is QUIET, but it prrrs... :P

That's excatly what I was thinking.

Don't get me wrong though... the World Sport is a really nice system. O3CivicSi has it and I've heard it first hand.... it's a very clean sound.
