just bought this

well i was just looking on ebay and found thishttp://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...B:EOIBSA:MT:31 i kow its probaly a knock off of spoon but i figured what the hell i was already looking for a high flow cat and i was debating on getting a header beacuse i plan on boosting the vic when i get back from iraq and i get a exhaust that i can just sell too.

Nice, even though its a knock off, it's cool it says Spoon on it haha.

No need to buy name brand on parts that might get you 5 hp.

plz... its only a header and dp and muffler. If he just uses that it probably won't be loud at all cuz of the stock resonator right before the muffler.

nice find. i may get this also. im not looking for name brand as i dont have a grand for exhaust. and i can get my local shop to custom make the rest.

im wonderin how this muffler sounds? let me know when u put it in
and with/ without resinator. hmm

i will let ya know how it sounds im not going to use that muffler i already have the greddy evo2 catback system, so if anyone wants the muffler let me know.

looks nice for $100...but u probably wont see more than 3-5 hp...hahaha. for 100 u get the high flow too...its not bad...wonder if this would fit on to an lx??? any one know?

That's why when I do my exhaust, I'm not going to get a name brand...When there's no difference in power gained between cheapies and the name brands. The only reason to buy the more expensive one would be for the quality. Even then, I know how to weld and have access to welding machines so that's not my biggest concern...

sorry guys been workin alot lately, i definetly can tell more mid to high end power low end kind of slow untell vtec kicks in, i think i might swap to a high flow cat, exhaust sounds more rasppy now at 4 grand but is throaty before and after 4 grand i dono why but for a 100 bucks cant beat it

cheap exhaust = you sound like a ricer

good quality exhaust = great sounding exhaust, not a high pitched ricey note.

thats the difference, if you want your car to sound like a weed wacker, go ahead and get the knockoff exhaust .
