Can Rain Mess Up My Carbon Fiber Hood?

I know this might sound stupid but I'm new with the carbon fiber stuff lol... I wanted to know if the rain can do any effects to my carbon fiber hood since I dont have a garage to put my car away when it rains, thanks.

lol, unless its acid rain i think you will be fine. If anything its the sun that can fade out ur hood

Your C/F hood will have a clear coat on it... just like any painted surface on your car. Rain won't affect it anymore then any other exterior pannel.

for real the sun will make it fade? Oh damn and I like to park where the sun is because I like the way it shines lol I guess Imma have to stop doing that and begin to park my car in the shade.

lol dont worry you got my hood so i kno for sure it wont fade on ya! lol its still brand new with a really good clear coat it would take forever for it to fade where we live the only thing i would do or is where i lived is wash it and wax it regularly cuz the salt in the air from the ocean can ruin it so keep up the washes and waxes thats how i kept it looking so good.
