Mechanical o2 sensor???
Mechanical o2 sensor???
Has anybody ever used one of these an if you did did you drill it out? i got one for free,an the guy told me to drill it out to 7/16's i did an it didn't work now i have already bought 2 more but i'm not drilling them if i would of thought of it before i wouldn't have drill them out to start with, but just wanting some info...
u can get em @ parts store in ur area. Get 18mm spark plug non foulers (short version preferrably) it'll run ya like 4 bucks. You dont have to drill at ALL. careful when screwing in the o2 sensor cuz its a tight fit => then screw the fouler that has the sensor into the other one w/o the sensor => then in to any bung after the the primary sensor. if u have a LX u can only use the one right under the header and DP area
i was thinking of these but heres my issue, it limits the actual exhaust hitting the o2 sensor so that it thinks its reading good numbers. now isnt this gonna **** with the ecu's sending signals for air/fuel, meaning the ecu is tuning off incorrect data?
