for all the peeps that have the typhoon have you noticed an increase in gas mileage? i'm really considering getting this intake. is it worth it?

Its all practically the same ****. Your not gonna gain any power.2-4hp most likely. Aint gonna feel ****. Go by whatever sounds best is the way to go haha

i posted some pics and review on it. the only thing is you need to extend the temp sensor wires cause stock they are too short. just pm me if you need help installing it. and the cheapest place that has it is weaponspeed.com also dont forget you need the foam oil cleaning kit cause it doesn't come preoiled.

i think the typhoon looks better under the hood. but gearbox is always saying the weapon r performs better so i guess your best bet is to go with the weapon r. but then again they both are very good intakes.

no, its exactly 170 from that site. i paid 180 for the typhoon so technically the weapon-r is cheaper.

typhoon (same power as above, ricey sound)
fipk (okay power, terrible sound)
aem (belongs in garbage)
stock (good low end, no sound)

i just cant get over the turbo psst sounds the weapon-r makes when shifting
