I've been looking at K&N's site at the intakes and I was thinking about the Typhoon 69 series CCA.

So I go look on ebay and this guy has the same exact part# for sale but says it is red. I'd really like red without having to paint it myself. But I get the feeling he's full of crap since I see no mention of red on K&N's site for this part... in fact, the S at the end of the part number is for Silver according to them.

Anyone got any insight? Does it really come in red?

when i was buying mine a year ago (i got blue) there was the choice of red, blue, polished, and brushed.

This may seem dumb... but I just got a neuspeed upper strut bar... that won't interfere with the intake pipe will it? from the pics it looks like it might be close...

neuspeed should not be a problem. and the intake is silver. has silver pic and part number

After popping the hood today I see that the neuspeed should be ok. I was thinking too much and thought I made a mistake. =)

Well screw this guy and his lying ebay ad. I'm going with an SRI now anyway.

I want to go with K&N and I want a red pipe... I found this on ebay
69-1009TWR but it says it fits 2001 civic si. Anyone know a good reason why this won't fit a 2001 ex?
