ive searched thouroughly(sp?) and ive found out that the rsx and the ep3 steering wheels will work for our cars but the rsx steering wheel will require some cut and soldering of wires which i dont want to do b.c i would like to keep my wires intact if i have the need to switch bak to my stock steering wheel. im not sure bout the ep3, if they require the same things unless they are a complete swap with absolutely no modifications? any help with info on this and any other steering wheels that will work too that would help a bunch. thx. links to discussions of these are welcomed.

get a ep3 wheel...its a bolt on and you can keep your cruise if you have an EX.

Considering the USDM si and rsx wheel are almost exactly the same, I can't see how you'd have to do any wire changes.. unless someone dosen't know the difference between dual stage and single stage airbags.

cause i heard the plugs are different for the rsx and from our cars.

im sure alot of people dont, messign with the wiring on those and deciding what to put where is NOT something a beginner should do. probably even a person who understands them.

as i said in my first post that i dont want to modify or even touch the wires b.c i still want to use them later on if i have to. so im guessin the ep3 steering wheel works w/o any modifications?

Thread Hijack !!

Anyone know if the EX to LX steering wheel swap (wheel only, keep my airbag) is easy/possible ??

I miss having a leather wheel, And a wheelskins cover is tough to do and look as good as original equipment.
