oh and hey aznboysrfr, the Tanabe SMR you had came with a silencer right? so it means if you didnt want it loud it was available for you to use to keep it quiet, but the tanabe SMH doesnt come with a silencer and it has a different kind of muffler at the end.
thanks i'll try contacting them, even though my friend IS a parts supplier. He said he has no idea about the "jdm" evo2, if it even exists, or if it was just the few EVO2's that came before some minor adjustments

I have a DC5R exhaust now... sort of.
ThsUserNmisDumb (Andy) currently has my old Evo2 exhaust installed ... if you want, you can pm him about it or something. Since you're relatively close, you should come to next Saturday's BBQ meet in Fullerton ... I'll try to get Andy to go too. Maybe you can check it out and even take pics or something haha
