" This is a DC5 R exhuast. It is has a larger diameter piping then the RSX Type S does. The exhuast is also more free flowing and still very quiet. The tip is also bigger then stock. Mandrel bent from the factory."

used axleback $289.97 + shipping!!! everyone thought these things were cheap.

BTW people please read earlier posts. a lot of questions have been answered already!

I got my 04 Type S for $100 locally, so I can't complain. Specially when compared to the stock one which I bent with a rock in the middle of the road.

^ it's not the $250 that's the issue here ... it's being loud. (at least it is for me)

I don't wanna be loud ... you know how california cops are ...

you got to remember too that jdmland has high prices because people pay lots for JDM parts. this is a JDM part we're talking about. it's all marketing and what's "in". otherwise this muffler would be a lot cheaper.

all in all, not many people have these mufflers so you can't judge performance wise how good they are. i installed mine with my megan cat, so i could make a fair opinion. seems like everyone at clubrsx that has one or used one is/ws very pleased with it. i went turbo so that's why i have no use for it. this just won't cut it. otherwise i would keep mine forever!

i got a question about the fitment of the exhaust. i got a 4 dr instead of a 2dr and i think the coupes are a little bit longer than the sedans. so would i need to extend the pipes like u all said earlier to make it fit perfectly?

you still need to modify the midpipe, as it's different than civics in the end. You'll probably need to modify muffler, just not that much...
