K-Pro ...

well ive searched around and i still havent answered my question..

is Kpro worth it on a k20 swap? im plannin on swappin within the next year and im gonna be buying everything i need to swap it right and have it done at once..

so how much does it help? is it worth it? or is the RSX ECU fine?

as far as mods go.. i just plan on running bolts ons and a few minor things other than that the motor will be pretty much stock inside..

should i just run the RSX or get kpro?

visit clubrsx. they stated with bolt ons you can get 10whp from kpro alone. IMO a great investment.

to take full advantage of your bolt-ons your gonna need k-pro.. on newer motors especially the K-series.. doing some boltons doesnt cut it anymore..

k-pro is a must have brother. buy it ahead of time so that if you go into serious modding you already have your engine magaement system.

only if you want 200+ whp with a cam and boltons (you say only boltons now, but once you get going you never know). Kpro is priceless.

Kpro or hondata period for the K series is the only best choice besides the AEM EMS

yes all the people ive talked to that have the swap say kpro is the best investment as far as aftermarket parts for your car. I plan on getting mine(and a laptop) when I do mine in the spring. Im just gonna start with intake exhaust and race header possibly sum cams, possibly a bottle of juice to. With kpro you can change your vtec crossover point at full and part throttles, drag launch, and nitrous controls. Its the best thing unless you are gonna go full stand alone like the aem ems.

Doing your own tune is like blowing your own horn, ok, but better when someone else does it!

im going to let the shop I go to tune it but I was planning on using some basemaps and since Im gonna go back to school for import performance I figured I could see what I could do-I could always go back to the shop settings. I was also thinking about going to hondatas class on the kpro that show u how to tune a kpro and get u dyno time. I was planning on going to cali next summer so what the hell I might as well make the best of my time out there and learn how to tune a kpro
