mod help

im getting some mods for my car and i need to know if i get new headers will i gain any low end torque, or does it depend on the kind you get?

also, i read about throttle body spacers, and i was wondering if they really help at all?

throttle body spacers don't do anything on our cars. Header will most likely lose torque if you have a stock motor. Best for a stock setup is dc sports cause it doesn't have huge pipes.

in MOST cases, you gain midrange power, but lose some torque.
