most likely very few to none unless you upgrade your valve train.

probably more than any other mod.

quite a few people were supposed to get their cars dyno'ed ... but it still never happened.

ok i guess he talking about camshaft. go look at truehonda.com. it says that stage 1 cam supposed to give you 7-10 hp. stage 2 supposed to give you 10-14? i duno. i guess you get that gain after you get it dyno tuned.
