if i got all these parts will it fully bolt on to a lx with out any problems

yeah, I would get an aftermarket header too.
you can go cheap and get megan headers.

you will need an ex front sway bar to clear the down pipe

i can get any aftermarket ex sway bar couldnt i tho

im using a tanabe extension pipe with my Evo2 when it comes in tomorrow and it think it is the same price as the parts you listed or less if you can fine a used tanabe pipe
