Exhaust question (help now!)

I bought an exhaust off ebay, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...sPageName=WDVW, and a friend of mine and i are attempting to put it on, but we got under the car and it doesnt seem like the exhaust is long enough? i have a 2003 lx coupe...same thing it says on the auction and the guy even made sure thats what i was driving whenever i called and paid for it. any suggestions? need to know in a hurry. thanks

maybe its for EX models, or 4dr, etc.

Take it to a muffler shop and have them "make" it fit..

Civic_RedLine will become famous soon enough

if your cars a 4-door then thats why its not fitting. The auction clearly states that its not for the 4-door models or the si (US) models.

To me it looks like a Megan Racing catback. I could be wrong. But if it is, they don't have one for the LX yet. At least when I asked they said they wouldn't for a while.

well...i called them tonight...the guy told me that its for the ex model...they dont have one for the lx...but the auction says LX in the title and "ALL 2 door models". so i gotta call them back in the morning and talk to one of their managers. and i was looking at the other exhausts on ebay and it seems like they are all for the EX models....any suggestions?

Since the cat is in the header for the non-EX models there is additional piping needed to fit the exhausts onto the extention of the header.

have a muffler shop cut the midpipe or axle back and weld in an extension.

my guess is from $40-$60 ?

the auction stated LX right? i say u ship it back to them and have them send the correct one. but thats gonna cost just as much as shipping it back to them. muffler shop is your best bet.
