Does someone know whats the part you put on your cold air intake to help prevent the water from going in there? and where to find one?
Putting a cold air intake on a new honda, would that affect the extended warranty?

It's a water bypass valve, you can buy it off of ebay. Where do you live? Cos you only need it if you live somewhere where it rains alot and water can get into your intake. I don't think it affects your warranty.

well it wasnt for me it was for a friend who just bought a new accord, and he got the intake but needed that water bypass valve, i live in pennsylvania, i dont know how much rain we would get but my intake is just a reg. one

it will only affect the warranty, like, lets say the throttle body breaks or something... it shouldnt be about.... suspension of the rear lights not working.

if its a injen intake you will need to get the, errrr god i hate to say it, the AEM by-pass valve... Yuck i think i am going to throw-up now...

hahaha actually, like i said earlier...he got the ::cough cough: AEM ::cough cough: but he didnt get the bypass...but what would be a good brand? i have injen so i guess ill just let him know. thanx everyone!

Don't quote me on this, but I heard those valves were pretty useless.
