you can find the NGKs at most automotive parts stores nowadays. The Densos are still a little more rare at local shops unless you go to a specialized speed shop. The best deal I found on NGK plugs was at www.sparkplugs.com. I haven't been there recently, but I got some NGK Iridiums for my 2jz for $6 each.

I'll also recommend the NGK's. I had the Denso IK20's, car ran way better on the stock Denso plugs and now the NGK IX's I have in there.

NGK iridium IX

$28 for a set
lower voltage requirement
perfect starts with fuel pressure charge
less susceptible to fouling
smoother idle
rated at 60k + miles life

Denso IK20? (is that the right heat range)
Smallest center electrode
short life (some only lasted 10k miles)
smoother idle
lower voltage requirement
price $50+ for a set

All dealers I've asked say ngk works better with honda, even tho some of our cars use denso. If you have turbo, iridium is a bad idea. Use regular copper plugs and change every 1-2k miles.

i cant say anything for the denso's ,except the stock ones. i get a little better mpg on the iridium. i dont have any engine mods so i dont know, but the ngks work good for me. just make sure you torque them to spec though. i didnt the first time and one came loose and my car starting missing and it sucked.
