use the "Clearing your headlights" DIY but when you have the chrome piece out paint it. Dont know what color you should use tho. Any suggestions?
depends if u like it shiny or not.. if u do.. use a gloss black.. if not.. a regular black will do.. make sure u put enough coats and make it even.. and when u put the headlamp back togetherm make sure u reseal it perfectly or it may fog up when u wash the car and stuff... good luck !

Try the lighting subforum in ICE and electrical, ImPulse stickied a DIY for the 04 plus civic in there. Since you're obviously too lazy to search, or browse through other forums, I'll make it easier on you:

No it wouldn't.. you aren't painting the actually place where the light is.. you are painting the trim around it..
Does anyone have a diy for 02 civic lx headlights??

you wont hurt the output of your headlight because your not painting where the light comes out of your headlight... your painting other parts of the housing.
