Trust me dude, there are plenty of answers; use the search button and search for the terms INTAKE, STRUT BAR and you'll find plenty. What kind of intake and strut bar do you have? The only ones that fit CAI are the Neuspeed and DCSports strut bars. Most any strut bar will fit an SRI though.
I have an AEM intake and my type-R front strut bar wont fit either, i have been wondering if any of those cheap short ram airs on Ebay would fit under the Bar? i was planning on getting a short ram for the winter anyway.

I put some insulation stuff for water pipes (foam stuff that can heat up), and wrapped it around my bar where the intake is. Our engine torques in the opposite direction of the bar, so it is OK, sort of, to still use the bar with your intake. I need to take a pic of it, I know I have seen somebody else's around here with something sort of like mine. I bought a bar, and I saw my intake went too far up, so I was like, damn, Ill try it anyways, if you dont pad it, it would eventually put a hole in your intake from rubbing, and damage your bar and make it look like crap. Hope this helps, it has for me. Oh by the way, the intake may be slightly off the TB, but it hasnt made any difference in pickup at all... Good luck
once you change ur intake...no bars will fit besides neuspeed and dcsport...
you might be able to get away with buying a really really thin bar (ractive, vibrant, generic) and it might just pass the hump on the intake...but from what i heard/see, the strut bar will rub against the intake so if you don't mind, u can go that way...
the only way you can stick with thick strut bars is if you get the racerz design intake...which has that fake cf ram air thingy on the front (had it, don't like it)...
besides that, your pretty much screwed

Well, even a generic bar is night and day from having no bar at all. But consider that say Neuspeed, which has no moving parts or adjustment points, will theoretically be much stiffer, and the generics, which are bars with mounting brackets screwed into either side, will have some play regardless of how tight the bolts are. DC is built sort of like a generic, except that its design allows a CAI hump to clear right above the TB. For that reason, a lot of people lump DC in with generics, despite its high price tag.
However, the only reason I switched from generic to Neuspeed is that I got a CAI for Christmas. Otherwise I would have been happy as a clam with my generic bar.

Read the suspension FAQ. It tells you what bars fit with CAIs.
Yes they make a difference if you have other suspension parts. They help reduce chassis flex. Some are better than others.
The search button rules.

the ideal strut bar is one that is just straight across with minimal or no screws whatsoever....for example, the mugen, spoon, and j's racing strut bars are probably the best on the market right now for our cars...they are thick, and reliable...and always guaranteed a perfect fit....if you get generic, sometimes u have the hassel of it not fitting, or it doesn't clear something properly....that's why you should always go with a brand name when it comes to suspension....after all, u don't want ur car to fly off the road when ur hitting the apex...
FIY: NEVER EVER buy a strut bar that can adjust lengths...i've seen someone strip the threads before...very scary stuff...

^tanabe strut bars look really really fragile if you ask me....especially their front strut bars...the only suspension thing i would go with from tanabe is the lower x-brace that they offer for our cars...
here's a list of my suspension setup:
D2 36-way adjustable coilovers
RSX-R rear sway bar
Neuspeed Front Strut Bar
Neuspeed x-brace
J's Racing Rear Strut bar
J's Racing Lower tie bar
energy suspension bushings
kinda a frankenstein setup, but my car handles like there's no tomorrow...there's nothing generic on the list, just simply because i've had enough with the fitting problem and also the quality of the product
