AEM V2 Issue

Well, I got my car back yesterday from the Honda dealer after getting piston rings, clutch, and transmission all replaced. As they were bringing in my car from getting washed, they turned it off and it didn't make that "wwwwaasshshhhh" sound when you turn off the car. When I was about to leave, I turn on my car, and I hear no whistling sound...at all. I got and opened my hood just to make sure it was still there. As I was driving home, I couldn't hear the whistling sound AT ALL. I can barely even hear the deep tone it does... What should I do? I was figuring that maybe I can take it out, clean the pipes and what not, but, what other solutions do I have??

Something isn't sealed right, or the filter got wet somehow.
