Yeah some guy said that if a company gave him a free one he would dyno test it, so they sent him a free one and he kept making excuses for why he never tested it, and then he disappeared off the site.

Also, some people said they won't fit with certain intakes, so be careful. I'm pretty sure it won't fit with K&N FIPK II, or any other intake that curves up at the top.

Some drop straight down like this:

Filter-------,

Some go up and then down to keep a smoother flow of air, like the K&N FIPK II, like this:

Filter------/\

Sorry for the ascii art.

IMO spacers don't do much for our cars.

Well Frankie has a 6 gen so the hood issue is not going to be a problem for him. I don't think it would do anything.

Wow that's weird man, I remember that! He was going to dyno it and post the results on the site.

They DO NOT work. The manifold is already designed to give the same effect of an air vortex. You will notice no difference. If you want a little more power, get the TB bored out.

That's not really the point of a throttle body spacer. The idea behind it is that longer intake runners produce more low end power and this is a proven fact. How well it will work with the D17 or variants I don't know.
