Cool Yay! First engine mod...

I purchased the FIPK2 today from Kragen. They wanted $359.99 plus tax...

I got it for $200.38 with tax and shipping I must admit, I'm a little proud of my shopping skills. Anyways, it's my first mod that I have ever spent money on. I should be getting it this week or next, depending on the shipment.

Very good choice. My fipk makes a big difference all through the power band. It's loud, but not as ricey as the other intakes. I went back to stock to compare and lost tons of power. So the fipk is back on for good.

I've heard good things about the FIPK. I'm waiting on the Volant airbox to see what kind of gains that's got before I think of replacing my AEM SRI.

you won't regret it, best intake out there...unlike all the other ones, with k&n you actually feel the performance increase

Someone posted a site with it for $174ish back in January. I printed that out. I love my printer.

Question

Okay, well, when I was installing it, I accidently--and clumsily--knocked off the throttle cable from the throttle itself . Then, yesterday, I noticed a soft clanking noise whenever I let off the gas. It was the throttle cable again. Well, that whole situation is fixed now, but when I rev hard, I sometimes hear quite a bit of movement. Upon inspection, I realized that the air filter can move around inside that box thingy. Is that normal? What can I do to restrict the filter's movement? Thanks.

Oh, otherwise, it's a good mod; thank you for the recommendations.
