Funny you ask, I was asking myself the samething. I decided to lower my car first....
You have what you call form and function.....form being the looks and function being the
performance. I get something for the engine, then something for the exterior. I'm about
to get the Pro-Kit, then the pulleys. Springs are both for looks and performance...can't go wrong !!

if u get the spring get the h r spring they sell on ebay but i would get the pulleys first
