Im intrested as long as carb legal, provides ganins across the rpm range and has a good cost on it
if it makes good torque and hp gains i wouldnt mind spending a bill or so long as it under three bills

yes texas does follow the CARB rules, government was lazy and just decided to follow California rules through they didnt bother to change the name. Dang they could have change it to TARB, it wouldnt be that difficult.

i would love to have one complete for the civic meet. I am not sure that we will have one though. If we do, we may want to install it on someones car to see the gains it will have. So that means we will need a donor car for the day.
