er.. u shouldn't have cut it.
those things runs for quite an amount of money.
the o2 sensor that is. i guess u can always rewire but I would think something as sensitive as that needs to be carefully taken out.

i think they all do...
new O2 sensors are only 36 bucks from hondaautomotiveparts.net...and they may be already available from bosch or some other companies as a direct replacement for a bit cheaper

what? the oem part is the downpipe plus the cat, there are two holes in the oem downpipe....there are two holes in the megan highflow cat/downpipe
BTW GODDAMN IT, i need a new muffler
My stupid flowmaster muffler because it has no fiberglass insulation...it rattles like a motha ****er.....AND if you have a tanabe/neusped underbrace...IT rattles on that too.....i think the downpipe is 2.5" not 2.25" like i thought it was. Any easy fix to the downpipe ratteling is to go to homedepot and buy some washers and just put like 2 in each hole to lower the brace just enough to keep it from rattling

I have the Megan Racing Hi Flow Cat. I don't know what you guys are talking about either, mine worked out just fine. No check engine light at all. Works good and improvements in all gears.
It is the Megan Racing Hi Flow Cat. I got it from this shop where the owner is good friends with the CEO of Megan, The shop is sponsored and almost everyone who buys from there has Megan Racing decals all over their cars, including me
I don't know if it is straight through or not, but it is the Megan Racing Hi flow.

i dont doubt it is megan racing. but what i am saying is that the megan racing high flow cat isnt acctually a cat at all it is a downpipe
with a resonator on it. so i cant figure out why your cel wouldnt come on.. huh weird
and i can put mugen decals all over my car that doesnt mean i have anything to do with mugen no offence intended

My cel used to come on with the Top Speed long tube (4-1) and cat delete pipe, it would come on and off for about 3 days and then it has never come back on. Also if your cel light comes on you can make a O2 sim out of 1ohm resistors just keep adding them in until it tricks the ECU.
Funny thing my race pipe from Top Speed looks nothing like that one...there is no bend in it at all.

sticker aside,
when he asked you if its straight through.. when you look through the pipping, can you see the "honeycombe" look alike catatlyic? or is it just empty... or does it just have some walled holes in there..
he's asking if its an actual catalytic convertor, meaning catalyst that makes exhaust gases less pollutant.
