Will this setup work?

i currently have a custom cat-back on my 2002 lx because no one makes one for the lx. well, the piping and muffler are getting rusted a bit this winter and i want to get a full ex catback and headers this summer. will this products be all that i need? what other parts will i need for a full ex exhaust system? i know this may have been asked before, but i will appreciate the help. thanks.

any EX header

High flow cat and piping (is this the downpipe?)

EX catback exhaust ( what is the difference between the greddy evo and evo2 exhaust?)

pretty sure it would work...as long as u have an o2 sensor before and after the cat...or get an o2 sim....should work tho....dont see why it wouldnt. I know someone has done it, cant remember who.

i just searched for a diagram of the EX exhaust system, and i found a great pic.

am i correct in assumming that the part in red is the EX cat and downpipe that will be replaced by part #2 in my list and the part in green is what will be replaced by the EX catback exhaust system? does the part in red connect directly to the headers?

and the part in blue is whats in the LX replacing the part in red of the EX?

if this is all correct, all i will need are the parts i listed, right?

what do i do with the header if it does not have a spot for an o2 sensor?

will i need an o2 sim if i get that high flow cat?

I think it would work, but I don't know how legal it would be.
