just wondering cuz 9psi stock is high for our car? then again I'm not too updated on what everyone's running at these days. hehe.
and i guess i can see more than 20. its a crank pully after all. but still. i'm always conservative when it comes to numbers on a civic. boosted or not.

9 psi is FINE on our cars.. yes, its a DX.. i have alcohol injection, so im safe.. i could go to around 11-12psi like someo other people.. but i like the number 9 fpr spome reaason, its treated me well so far... this pulley is VERY nice.... everyone needs one.. for $125 and a little time, itsa GREAT upgrade
You know I don't get it, but I think that some people just come on here and have no clue about the specs and dynamics of a crank pulley. One you gain HP and Throttle response from the fact that you lose 6 lbs which hence means 60,000 LBS at about 7-8000 RPM, and the fact that the rotations are much higher thus meaning more power. Any less power the crank has to use means more power, and we have gotten 22 on a D16z6 SOHC Motor, so what's the big deal. Also you obviouslly have no clue about what a SOHC Motor is made up and why it still is able to make power. SOHC Motors have much more stroke, like a stroked DOHC Motor which means the crank is creating more airflow, so when the crank is pumping faster and quicker there is more air coming faster then you would see on a DOHC thus suplimenting for the less Cam, and Discplacement the DOHC Motor has, so this is how a SOHC Motor makes the same power from pulleys. Our pulley smokes any on the market, maybe something to do with the fact that we have been around longer then any company in the import industry, so when you say we don't have a good rep on here why don't you check the facts. How many motors we built before anyone, and the fact that we have world records for our work. I cam on here to try and provide products that are guaranteed to work and even after it is installed you all sit here and critisize. I am not speaking to those who compliment and see that the power is there, but you know what this pulley is proven to make 10% wheel HP on any motor. We have done it on big block chevies in the late 80's with Dave's 10 Second Street Mustangs, and every Honda we have built in our possesion or locally has used one. It's one thing to make statements when you have factual proof to your statements, but to come on here and state that because it's a SOHC Motor it can't make more then 5 Wheel Hp you don't understand a Honda Motor. Does anyone in here know what the Honda 4 Cylinder D and B-Series Motors are copied from? The HEMI Motor. Meaning Huge Stroke and Large Flow. The SOHC Motor retains stroke which means the pulley makes serious power. I am not trying to pick fights in here, but questioning and saying we have a bad rep is completely false. The AC and PS Pulley will be out very soon, so count on it. I got a D17 Motor Coming Very Soon, and I am going to make over 200 wheel HP on the dyno and post it up here, All-Motor, not boost or NOS.

Please do!!!! Cause I want close to 200whp and if I can do it NA, thats what I want. I think it is bullsh*t how some people are still questioning about the part. It works. Straight up. Hell I want a pulley so bad and I will get one with in the next month. If fact I plan on buying alot of parts from DH. Look at his website. That shows facts.

hello i was wondering if you could help me with a little problem i have could you ask dave if he knows if zc pistons can fit in a jdm d15b sohc vtec and raise compression like a minime setup ? the bore is the same but the stroke is shorter, i know it can work on a d16 block but not sure about the d15b

i agree with what you are saying about the boards it is true, but most of the time people do try and help other people out, i think your pulley system is great, i want to buy one along with the ones that keep the ps and ac, but the problem i have is just finding someone to install it since i cant do it myself
how much work does it take to install one of these pulleys? if i do it at a shop...do u think i'll cost lots?? ^^;; man! i can't wait till u have one where u can keep PS/& AC!!!

The pulley isn't a really hard install being you have the right tools, soak the bolt in some WD-40, make sure it's warm, and break it loose with a nice impact.. or keep that crank from turning and use a nice breaker bar. I'm not worried about haters on here, I just had to clear up why the SOHC makes the same amount of power the DOHC does on the pulley.
As for the pistons, you shouldn't have any issues, if you want you can email me directly and we can talk it over. Allmtrhonda@hotmail.com.
If you did the pulley install at a shop it shouldn't cost more then $100, but hey we all know how shops want to charge you $200 for a throttle body install so be wise. I wouldn't pay more then $100, but that's me.
Dh-Racing will always be on top, this 22nd we will be right at the top of the all motor circuit, then next year will dominate the All Motor circuit with our 300 Hp All Motor LS/Vtec, and 400 Hp All Motor H23, so it's either you want the best parts, or you hate on us.

i think i found another one... well, actually, i think my friend played a joke opn me and broke the one of my D15 instead to mess with my head... gonna try and put stock back on to figure it out.. it didnt sem like same one, but i was so pisssed i didnt know... i know i didnt break it getting it off..and yeah... NOONE can say enough for what theier head port does for us..i will show you all with 12s in the spring when i get it!

this is kinda off topic, but i was curious as to how much HP future is pushing. accoding to a simple HP calculator i found on a DSM website these were the results...
Simple Horsepower Calculations

Ill be oerdering the set of all 3 when there done...just say when.....and about the crank turning..can you loosen it with a socket wrench........if it turns what do you have to do....I can do basic bolt ons but I have never attempted pullies...can you explain in a little more detail...Like the breaker bar part???????thank you.............
Josh, you have to keep in mind that we're all skeptical of anything that claims to net us more than 5 whp on our D17s... just cause there really hasnt been anything to accomplish that besides methods of FI. This pulley does look promising, and we hope to see dynos on it.
