Lx/Ex intake question?

Lx/Ex intake question?
I have an aem cai for an lx manual but i have an ex manual, would it fit? what modifications would i have to take to put it on? if not... anybody looking for an aem cai for an lx? haha thanks
yep ... I have the same problem/situation. I also have an EX ... however, I have the aem cai for lx. Um ... it fits perfectly... however, the 2nd pipe (the one connected to the filter) is different for an EX than for the LX/DX... I don't know why.
Ok, well I noticed that the cai gave me more low end than the FIPK 2 ... however, the high end (especially 3rd gear) suffers ... I really haven't tried the aem cai for the EX on my car. The intake works ever so slightly better with a mushroom or an apexi-style filter ... because the aem filters are a piece of ****.
Summary: yes, it fits.
