ok, i have a new 2003 coupe lx and im not sure what to buy. i dont know all that much about
cars so i need some advice on the parts to buy. im looking to spend no more than $500[right now], what can i buy with that much to add hp? how much should a good intake cost me? and is exhaust worth the noise and money? are there any performance ecu's or venom chips for 7th gens?

what car does a k series come off and how much is it? and about the turbo; i heard
you gotta do a lot of things to the car so the turbo wont f%&$ the stock engine up

To answer your questions a good intake is around 150-240 for a cai, depending on brand, and who you buy from, a exhaust system, for a cat back runs 300+ depending on brand and where you buy from, Jet and vemon both make ecp products, the Jet upgrade is done by reprogramming the ecu, and you have to mail it off to them, vemon just piggy backs on the ecu, both are around 229, If i were you and didnt want to save up for a turbo, or k20 motor, id do all the basic bolt ons, Pully, Intake, Header, Exhaust, for the first ones, Id say intake, then a exhaust, also if you search the site for what is the best, you will get a ton of responces

the k20 comes from the Si, or the rsx, one is rated at 160hp, the other is rated at 200 hp, and they make turbo kits for the car, so if you buy one, id have it installed at a local tune shop,

i'd say revo ss, i got an 03 lx and i put a magnaflow catback for 300 and then a revo ss for like 95, so thats 395. maybe tint also would be a good add on

The motor it self is around 3500 used off ebay, or junkyards, i know some members here can get ahold of them with np, installed i think iv seen it as low as 6-8k, depending on shops, etc , correct me if im wrong
