Rep Power: 787 Philips EcoVision H4 headlight bulbs
Just switched to these new "green" bulbs from philips, mainly because i do not do enough driving to really care what the lights look like at night. They consume 1 Amp less power per bulb compared to oem (20% reduction), and they are 10% brighter. basically these are stock replacements with less power consumption and double the lifespan. i recommend them for the daily driver that does not need extreme headlight performance and wants to save a lil power from our already weak alternators. and you will blend in with the rest of the cars on the road.
specs from philips:
# 20% less energy consumption (4 amps instead of 5 amps for H4)
# 10% more light than standard
# Twice the life expectancy of a standard bulb (that means 1000 hrs!)
# Reduction in your car's CO2 emissions by up to 36kg over bulb's lifetime.
# Quartz glass construction - safe to use with plastic lenses
# Standard wattage = fully road legal in the EU
basically these bulbs will pay for themselves during their lifetime.
